Usage Guide:

• Pay attention to the expiration date of the vacuum adhesive. Varnasa HV Vacuum Adhesive maintains its initial quality for up to 9 months from the date of production, after which its quality gradually decreases.
• It is recommended to store Varnasa HV Vacuum Adhesive at a temperature between 5 and 30 degrees.
• Before each use, shake the container of Varnasa Vacuum Adhesive well so that any potentially settled materials are evenly suspended within the adhesive.
• The work surface must be completely clean and free of any dust.
• Use a three-way spray gun with a 1.5 to 1.8 mm nozzle.
• Set the air compressor pressure to 6 to 7 bar.
• It is better to spray the edges of the work twice and directly. First, spray a smaller amount of adhesive and wait 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the quality of the MDF, to ensure it is dry. Then spray the adhesive again and wait for about an hour or more to be completely sure that the adhesive is dry.
• Be sure to pay attention to changes in ambient temperature during different seasons of the year and consider this temperature difference when adjusting the machine. For example, balance the 40-degree difference between winter and summer.
• Varnasa HV Vacuum Adhesive activates at a temperature of 60 to 70 degrees on the work surface, so be sure to pay attention to the temperature difference between the thermocouple location and the work surface. The temperature shown on the monitor is always higher than the work surface because the monitor shows the temperature at the thermocouple location, not the work surface.
